You have a 30-day cooling-off period if you change your mind about your purchase. This cooling-off period begins on the day on which you receive the items.

How to return your purchase
- Register your return in our return portal using your order number and email address
- Choose if you want to exchange or return your items
- After submitting your choice, you will receive a QR code per email. You must present the QR code at your parcel shop in order for them to print your return label
- When returning items, you should ensure that they are packaged properly and that you include the delivery note from the original order.
- When your return has been received at our warehouse, we will process it as soon as possible and refund your payment. It can take up to 14 days for us to refund your money from the time you return your order.
Please note that there is a return fee that varies depending on where the parcel was originally delivered:
Europe: €10
Denmark: 39 DKK
Norway: 120 NOK
The return fee will be automatically deducted from your refund once we have received the return.
* Unfortunately we do not support a prepaid return label for these countries:
Australia, Canada, Malta, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
If you want to return your item from one of these countries please contact your local post office in order to send the item to our warehouse address mentioned in our Terms & Conditions.
