3. Ordering and payment
To shop on the website, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid payment card that we accept. However, if you are under 18, you can still buy items if you have the consent of your guardian or otherwise have a legal right to make the purchase.
How to buy items on the website:
Find the items you want to buy, then put them in the “Basket”. You can alter the contents of your shopping basket up until the time you order, and you can check the contents and price of your items at any time. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed on the “Delivery” page after you have entered your delivery address. When you have completed your payment, we have received your order. It is not possible to change the contents of an order after the order has been completed.
We will send you an email with a copy of your order immediately after you have placed it. A binding purchase agreement is only concluded when you have received an email from us containing delivery information.
All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT.
How to pay:
The payment options are shown when you go to “Checkout” on the website. When paying by credit card, your card details are processed by Shopify Payments. All payments are made via a secure and encrypted connection.
We will only charge your account when your order leaves our warehouse.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
Our right to refuse or cancel an order:
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
- The product is sold out
- Your invoice or delivery details cannot be confirmed and/or we could not deliver to the address provided
- You are under 18 years of age, or under a higher age if the age requirement for entering into an agreement with KnowledgeCotton Apparel is higher under applicable law.
- There was an error in the price shown on the website
- When your order is cancelled, the amount will be released back to the payment card or account you used to make the payment.
Your order will be delivered as soon as possible after we have received it. Our delivery time in to European countries is within 2-10 business days.
Free delivery on orders above 100€*.
Orders below €100 attract a shipping fee of €8.-**
You will receive an email and/or text message containing the tracking number and a link so that you can track your order.
We ship to the following addresses only:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Replublic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
*Does not apply on orders to Ireland, Norway, Switzerland and United Kingdom

For shipments to Norway the following terms are applicable:
Free delivery to parcelshop on orders above 1400,- NOK
Orders below 1400,- NOK attract a shipping fee of 93,- NOK
Home delivery is unfortunately not offered in Norway.

For shipments to the United Kingdom the following terms are applicable:

5. Right to cancel
You have a 14-day cooling-off period if you change your mind about your purchase. This cooling-off period begins on the day on which you receive the items. The items are received when they have been placed in your mailbox, when they have been put in a shed or similar as agreed with you, or when they have been dropped off at your place of work, for example. If the items are placed in a parcel box or delivered to a shop where you can collect them, the cooling-off period does not start until you have collected the items from the parcel box/shop. The package will be returned to us if you fail to collect it before the deadline. If this deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline will be extended to the following working day. If several different items have been ordered together in a single order but delivered individually, this period will run from the time you receive the last item.
You must notify us in writing before the end of the cooling-off period if you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be sent by email to our customer service team at email@example.com, and after this time you have 14 days in which to return the item. Alternatively, you can choose to return your items within the cooling-off period. We also view this as exercising your right to cancel.
You will lose your right to cancel if you break the seal on items such as underwear that are not suitable for return due to reasons relating to health protection or hygiene.
Returning your order
We have made returns easy. Simply log in HERE using your e-mail and order number. You will then receive a return label via E-mail. The order number would look like following: COM0000
Please note that there is a return fee, that varies depending on where the parcel was originally delivered.
- Denmark: 39 DKK
- Europe*: 10 EUR
The return fee will be automatically deducted from your refund once we have received the return.
When returning items, you should ensure that they are packaged properly. You are personally responsible for the parcel/items until we receive it/them. Therefore, keep your postage receipt and any track and trace number.
Important! If you have several orders you want to return, you cannot send them in one package. You must send the orders separately using the returns label that corresponds to the order. We will be unable to refund your order if you do not do this.

* Unfortunately we do not support a prepaid return label for these countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway. Romania, Slovenia, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. If you want to return your item from one of these countries please contact your local post office in order to send the item to our warehouse address mentioned in our Terms & Conditions.
Losing your right to return items
You may receive only a partial refund, or no refund at all if the value of the items is reduced because:
- You have actually used the item
- The item has picked up an odour such as perfume or smoke or shows other signs of use/wear
- It was damaged while you were responsible for it
- You handled the items in a way other than that which was not necessary to establish the nature and features of the items and the ways in which they work
- You failed to follow the restrictions of the right to change your mind in respect of seals, product type, etc.
- The product seal or packaging is missing or significantly damaged to such an extent that it affects the value of the product.
Please note: All items must be returned in the same condition as when you received them. This means that the items must not be damaged, dirty or used (except for trying them on) and that all price tags and labels must be intact.
When your return has been recieved at our warehouse, we will process it as soon as possible and refund your payment. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for us to refund your money from the time you return your order. Please note that PayPal has a turnaround time of 30 days.
You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as your return has been processed. This amount is always transferred to the same payment method that you used to pay for your purchase. When you will receive the funds in your account depends on your bank and the payment method you used when you placed your order.
Unfortunately, exchanging items is not possible. However, you can return your order and we will then refund your purchase so you can place a new order. Items in our sale or purchased with a discount code can only be re-ordered with the same offer if the offer prices are still valid at the shop.
Your purchase is covered by Danish sales law, including the regulations on defects. This means you can get your money back if your complaint is justified and the defect has not arisen as a consequence of incorrect use of the product or other behaviour leading to damage.
You must submit your complaint within a “reasonable time” after having discovered the product defect. We recommend that you submit your complaint as quickly as possible. You can submit a complaint by sending an email to our customer service team. When making a complaint, please state the problem in as much detail as possible, attaching a photo of the problem and stating your order number. Depending on the situation in question, you will then receive further instructions.
Remember, the item must always be sent in proper packaging and you must always get a receipt for it. This is your proof that you have returned the item. If you have a complaint, we will issue you with a return label where the shipping has already been paid.

Any agreement entered into between us under these terms and conditions shall be governed by Danish law. Any dispute arising in connection with our agreement, including the existence or validity of the agreement, shall be brought before a competent court in Denmark.
10. Right to submit complaints
You are always welcome to contact our customer service team if you have any complaints about an item you have purchased from us. Our customer service team can be contacted by phone, email and via our contact form. Customers residing in an EU country can use the European Commission’s online complaints portal when submitting a complaint. You can submit your complaint at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
11. Subject to change
KnowledgeCotton Apparel may change the terms and conditions without notice by posting the revised terms and conditions on the website. The terms and conditions available on the website at the time you place your order on the website are applicable to that purchase.
