By placing orders at www.knowledgecottonapparel.com you agree to be bound by below general Terms and Conditions. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. The applicable language of the Terms and Conditions is the English language. In below we will refer to KnowledgeCotton Apparel as “us”, “our” or “we”.
Your Order and Delivery
Once you have selected one of our products on our web site, you have to select the size(s) that you wish to order. The selected product can then be transferred to your shopping bag by clicking on the ‘’add to bag’’ button. You can either decide to add more products to your shopping bag or proceed to the checkout by clicking on the “checkout” button after you go to your ‘’shopping bag’’. Then you have to enter your shipping address and contact information. The next page allows you to enter your credit card information and check the order total including shipment costs. Your order will be submitted at the time you will press the ”complete order” button.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products on the basis of these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the products have been shipped - the “Shipment Confirmation”.
KnowledgeCotton Apparel deserves the right to send partly order, when ordered item is out of stock.
The purchase will only relate to those products which we have confirmed in the Shipment Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order until the shipment of such products has been confirmed in a separate
Your purchase will be fulfilled by the tracking information set out in the Shipment Confirmation. If the Shipment Confirmation does not specify any date, then we expect to deliver within 7 days of the date of the Shipment Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this web site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
We endeavour to display product colours as accurately as possible on our web site. The colours displayed on your screen can differ from the actual colours, therefore we cannot guarantee that your screen displays the accurate colours.
The product prices may change over time and we endeavour to limit the number of price errors. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Changes will not affect orders for which we have sent Shipment Confirmation. We are under no obligation to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Shipment Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have been reasonably been recognised by you as mis-pricing.
The pricing currency on our web site is determined as Euro. All our prices are including VAT at the rate applicable when your order is placed. The VAT rate can vary according to the EC intra-community rules or other international laws in force. Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We only accept following credit cards: Visa Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and JCB.
Your card account will be debited when the products are shipped to you and only for the products that have been confirmed to you in the Shipment Confirmation. If you are not able to pay with any of above credit cards, you can also make a bank transfer, by sending your order to firstname.lastname@example.org and making a bank transfer to below in Euro.

Your bank transfer has to arrive with KnowledgeCotton Apparel prior to your order being processed.

Your credit card information is encrypted and will only be transmitted in a protected form over the internet. The payment is processed via the secured payment service of our partner E-pay (www.epay.dk). Ownership of Product Ownership of the purchased products will only pass to you when we have received full payment of all sums due including delivery charges. The risk of ownership of products is transferred to you on delivery.
Return and Exchange Policy
Note that we only accept products for return or exchange if the product does not have any signs of usage and the original labels and hangtags are as originally placed. The products will need to be returned and received by us within 14 days of order placement and the customer pays for return freight. Please ensure to include a copy of your receipt as we otherwise cannot process. We only accept products for exchange through the mail. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time for returns and exchanges is approx. two (2) weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service (such as overnight or 2nd day). Expedited orders will receive priority processing whenever possible.
Please provide a copy of your receipt - without a receipt we cannot process. We enclose a return form in every mail order package. If you are mailing an item to us, please take a minute to fill out this form to tell us if you want an exchange, repair or receive a Gift Card. If you do not have the return form, include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen.
If we cannot exchange the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a Gift Card.
Note that KnowledgeCotton Apparel only accepts products for exchange if the product does not have any signs of usage and the original labels and hangtags are as originally placed.

Repairs are only accepted within the guarantee period. By law, garments sent in for repair must be clean; please wash the garment before mailing it. Please ensure to include a copy of your receipt and be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time for repairs is approx. six (6) weeks, but may be longer during periods of high volume. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service (such as overnight or 2nd day). Expedited orders will receive priority processing whenever possible.
Include a note with your name, a physical return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. The garment will be evaluated and if there is to be a charge, you will be contacted. If the item is deemed irreparable, we may, at our discretion, replace it or send a Gift Card for the last known retail value of the piece. If the garment has sentimental value, and you would like to have it returned to you rather than being issued a Gift Card or replacement, please make this very clear to us in your letter.

Our liability in connection with any purchased products through our web site is strictly limited to the purchase price of those products. This does not include or limit in any way our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or for any matter which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude our liability.
We accept no liability for any loss of income, revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our web site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly via email. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notifications on our web site. By placing an order on our web site, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notifications, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
If you wish to communicate with us regarding your purchase, please use firstname.lastname@example.org. We may give notification to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when placing an order, or in any of the ways specified in the above. In connection with a notification, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that such email was sent to the specified e-mail address.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in delivery of, any of our obligations under these terms and conditions that are caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following: lock-outs, strikes or other industrial action; civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster; impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport; impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; and the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Our performance of our obligations under these terms and conditions is deemed to be suspended during the Force Majeure event period, and we will have an extension of time for delivery for the duration of that period. We will endeavour to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract can be fulfilled despite the Force Majeure Event.
