Your order will be delivered as soon as possible after we have received it. Our delivery time in to European countries is within 2-5 business days.

Orders below €100 attract a shipping fee of €8.-

You have a 14-day cooling-off period if you change your mind about your purchase. This cooling-off period begins on the day on which you receive the items. 

You must notify us in writing before the end of the cooling-off period if you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be sent by email to our customer service team at, and after this time you have 14 days in which to return the item. Alternatively, you can choose to return your items within the cooling-off period. We also view this as exercising your right to cancel.

You will lose your right to cancel if you break the seal on items such as underwear that are not suitable for return due to reasons relating to health protection or hygiene.

Returning your order with enclosed label

Simply use the enclosed return label(*) and drop off the package at a collection point. You will only pay for the domestic freight costs within your country. 

If you have lost the return label, you can get a new one from our customer service team. Please contact

* Unfortunately we do not support a prepaid return label for these countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovenia. If you want to return your item from one of these countries please contact your local post office in order to send the item to our warehouse address mentioned in our Terms & Conditions.


Unfortunately, exchanging items is not possible. However, you can return your order and we will then refund your purchase so you can place a new order. Items in our sale or purchased with a discount code can only be re-ordered with the same offer if the offer prices are still valid at the shop.
